What we believe about this work
No scanning or locating method sees everything, and we think you deserve to hear that plainly. So instead of promising a slab is completely clear, we tell you what the data shows, how confident we are in it, and what's worth verifying before you commit. That honesty is the whole point of hiring us.
Documented to a standard
Utility work is investigated and documented to the ASCE 38-22 standard — the industry standard for documenting existing utilities. You get marks on the ground and a documented job record: what was requested, what was found, what was excluded, and the limitations that apply. If a decision calls for a full written report, that's available as well.
