When you call, email or submit a form, we receive the contact and project information you provide. We use it to answer the request, prepare a quote, schedule work and maintain the resulting job record.
Payments
Payments are processed by Intuit through QuickBooks. Card details go to Intuit, not to High Desert Scan & Locate or this website. Intuit's own privacy and security terms govern its payment pages.
Service providers
Website hosting, email delivery and payment processing require service providers to handle information for those functions. We do not authorize them to use it for unrelated marketing.
Retention and requests
We keep job and correspondence records while they remain useful for the customer relationship, business records and legal obligations. To ask about, correct or request deletion of information, email info@highdesertscan.com.
